VatoraMD Privacy Policy
Updated October 25, 2026
VatoraMD is operated by Edgardo M Vargas-Melendez. It provides account-based Work, RX, Finance, Photos, Files, and Aquarium workspaces. Available features depend on your account permissions.
Information processed
We process account names, identifiers, contact details and authentication information to sign you in and control access. Work and RX may contain patient names, contact information, appointments, clinical notes, prescriptions, medical orders, and other documents entered by authorized healthcare users. Finance processes financial records, balances, transactions, uploaded statements and bank-connection information. Aquarium processes readings, notes, photos, species, products, settings and care schedules.
Photos and Files process the photos, videos, audio, documents, filenames, capture dates, location metadata, albums and organization information that authorized users choose to upload or synchronize with their private library. Photo organization may include face and person groupings associated with that library. These features do not grant public access to your library. Device identifiers, synchronization activity, operational audit history and diagnostic error information support access control, notifications, reliability and troubleshooting.
When you use optional device features, the app may use location for maps or coordination, the camera or photo library for images and documents, Bluetooth for supported device connections, and notification information for alerts and reminders. Device permission requests explain the applicable use. Device authentication uses Apple's authentication services; the app does not receive your Face ID or Touch ID biometric templates.
How information is used
Information supports the workspace functions you choose, access control, synchronization, offline access, document preparation, financial summaries, care reminders and technical support. Medical and financial records remain associated with the applicable account or authorized team.
Service providers and sharing
Workspace data is stored on VatoraMD servers and may be cached on your device for offline use. Private Photos and Files libraries may also be stored on the library server configured for your account. Authorized library devices can keep local indexes, thumbnails, playback copies and downloaded media for faster access. Authorized workspace users can access shared records according to platform permissions. Optional bank connections use Plaid and the financial institutions you authorize. Apple services support device authentication and applicable notifications. Documents and messages are shared with recipients when an authorized user chooses to send or export them. External links and services have their own privacy policies.
Advertising
VatoraMD does not use its records for advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.
Retention and requests
Records, uploaded files, audit history and backups may be retained to operate the service, maintain record history and meet applicable obligations. Removing an item from a screen does not necessarily erase related historical records or backups. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, contact [email protected]. Healthcare records may require coordination with the responsible healthcare provider and may be subject to retention requirements.
Your choices
You can manage device permissions in Apple Settings, choose which optional connections to authorize, and manage supported reminders and account preferences in the app. Disconnecting a bank connection does not automatically delete previously saved financial records. Avoid including passwords, bank credentials or patient records in support emails.
